Gelora Solutions (EPV Italia) and InspiraFarms Cooling have redefined the structure of their long-standing collaboration to accelerate the delivery of integrated cold chain solutions for agricultural producers and exporters across Africa and other emerging markets.
Under this renewed framework, Gelora Solutions will take full responsibility for the design, supply, and after-sales support of modular precooling and cold storage units, with InspiraFarms Cooling continuing to act as a strategic commercial partner. This new setup is designed to streamline operations, improve responsiveness, and reinforce the companies’ shared commitment to delivering reliable and sustainable post-harvest infrastructure.
“We’re entering a new phase of industrial maturity, where vertical specialization is key,” said Michele Bruni, Managing Director at Gelora Solutions. “This updated structure allows each company to focus on what it does best, while continuing to deliver measurable impact to our clients.”
The collaboration, active since 2020, has already resulted in dozens of successful installations in East and Southern Africa—supporting exporters of fresh fruit and vegetables with energy-efficient cold rooms, forced-air precooling, and digitally monitored storage environments. The new operational model aims to scale this impact, ensuring faster delivery timelines, greater technical support, and enhanced integration with local partners.
This restructuring is also part of a broader move by Gelora to expand its international footprint and reinforce its role as a specialist in cold chain infrastructure for agri-exporters in demanding and remote environments.
